Arugula, asian pear, persian cuccumber, with sesame ginger dressing.

Pistachio herb crusted corvina, lemon thyme aioli,

roasted brussels sprouts, cippolini onion and panchetta.

Amaretto Cheesecake

 finished with warm butterscotch sauce.
